Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DropsMapsFN (dropmapsfn.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use DropsMapsFN. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

3. Accounts

DropsMapsFN uses Discord OAuth for authentication. By logging in, you authorize us to access your Discord username, avatar, Discord ID, and associated email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs under your DropsMapsFN account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

DropsMapsFN offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the applicable rate.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused time. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

All fees are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Referral Program

DropsMapsFN may offer a referral program that rewards users for inviting others to the platform. Referral rewards are granted at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You may not abuse the referral program by creating fake accounts, self-referring, or engaging in any fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to revoke rewards and terminate accounts engaged in referral abuse.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or subscription benefits.
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the service without written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DropsMapsFN -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software -- are owned by DropsMapsFN and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

DropsMapsFN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculated results will be perfectly accurate. Game mechanics may change without notice and calculations are provided as estimates only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DropsMapsFN and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
