When you log in to DropsMapsFN via Discord OAuth, we collect the following information from your Discord account:

• Discord username
• Discord avatar
• Discord ID
• Email address (provided by Discord)

We also automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and basic device/browser information through standard server logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide and maintain the service.
• Process subscriptions and payments.
• Manage referral rewards and team memberships.
• Communicate with you about your account, billing, or service changes.
• Improve and develop new features.
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Third-Party Services

DropsMapsFN relies on the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process:

Discord

We use Discord OAuth for authentication. When you log in, Discord shares your username, avatar, Discord ID, and email with us. Discord's privacy policy applies to data they hold.

Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment processing in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Supabase

Your account data is stored in Supabase, a cloud-hosted database platform. Data is stored securely using encryption at rest and in transit.

Vercel

Our application is hosted on Vercel. Standard server logs (IP addresses, request data) may be collected by Vercel as part of hosting operations.

4. Cookies

DropsMapsFN uses cookies for authentication session management. These cookies are essential for keeping you logged in and providing a secure experience. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

By using the service, you consent to the use of essential authentication cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from logging in.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.

Payment records may be retained by Stripe in accordance with their data retention policies and applicable financial regulations.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Request a portable copy of your data.

7. Children's Privacy

DropsMapsFN is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
